If you need CTE to pick up freight at
your location, or you need to deliver freight to CTE on those days,
please remember:

Please have your pick up
ready by 8 a.m.

Our receiving dock will
schedule deliveries between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m.
If you need to contact CTE on those
days, please keep in mind that CTE’s customer service closes at 12 pm.
For example, if you contact CTE on
December 23 for a December 24 pick up/delivery, CTE must receive your
request by 12 pm
If you contact CTE on Dec. 30 for a pick
up/delivery on Dec 31, or if you contact CTE Dec 31 for a pick up/delivery
Jan 4, CTE needs your request by 12 pm.
